Do you offer 1-to-1 consulting? No. There is no 1-to-1 human consulting or manual planning service on any plan.

Complete Expert AI Custom Itinerary
What is it? A one-time AI-generated personalized day-by-day itinerary. Launch price €19.90, then €24.90 afterwards. Founding Member pricing will be available for a limited launch period when secure checkout opens. Active Plus members get 1 included per paid year and pay a reserved member price (€14.90 / €19.90) for additional itineraries.
Do I need a membership to buy it? No. Anyone can buy the Custom Itinerary one-time without any membership.
Is it a human itinerary review? No. It is AI-generated. Italy Trip Concierge does not offer human itinerary review.
Founding Member pricing
What is Founding Member pricing? Launch pricing: €29.90/year for Essential, €49.90/year for Plus, €19.90 for the one-time Custom Itinerary, and €14.90 for the member Custom Itinerary. Founding Member pricing will be available for a limited launch period when secure checkout opens. Standard prices afterwards are €39.90, €59.90, €24.90 and €19.90 respectively.
Do I keep my Founding price at renewal? Yes. Members who joined at the Founding price keep that annual price at every renewal while their subscription stays continuously active. Cancel-and-resubscribe = current Standard price.
AI limits, bookings and live details
Does the AI book hotels, trains or restaurants? No. The AI provides planning guidance only. Bookings must be made by the traveler.
Does the AI guarantee opening hours or availability? No. Opening hours, transport times and availability change often. Always verify live details before visiting.
Can I use it for Rome, Florence and Venice? Yes. The AI Trip Planner and guide library cover the main Italian destinations.
Can I include Tuscia, EVO oil or Via Francigena? Yes. The AI can include Tuscia, Viterbo, EVO oil ideas and the Via Francigena in Tuscia as countryside or slow travel extensions when relevant.
Billing, renewal, upgrades
Are these annual plans? Yes. Both memberships are billed annually and renew every 12 months unless cancelled.
Can I cancel renewal? Yes. You can cancel renewal at any time from the billing portal. Access remains until the end of the current paid period.
Can I upgrade later? Yes. You can upgrade from Essential to Plus at any time.
What happens if payment fails? If a renewal fails, premium features are paused until payment is resolved.
